Ben Affleck Did Not Shop for a $25 Million NYC Condo

Ben Affleck heads out on the town while going to pick his kids up from school on Thursday (June 4) in Brentwood, Calif.

The 42-year-old actor was reportedly one of many potential buyers for a massive New York City condo located in Columbus Circle.

The apartment, which is 3,582 square feet was originally on the market for $50 million, but the price was slashed to $25 million, according to NY Post.

Ben reportedly checked out the apartment last year when he was in town to shoot a movie, but a deal was not made for the property.
