Chiwetel Ejiofor Will Play Baron Mordo in 'Doctor Strange'

Chiwetel Ejiofor‘s character for the upcoming Doctor Strange movie has been revealed – he will play Baron Mordo!

The character was one of Doctor Strange’s enemies in the comic books dating back to the 1960s, though he won’t necessarily be villainous in the film. The character will be “an amalgamation of characters culled from Doctor Strange‘s mythology,” according to Deadline.

Benedict Cumberbatch will play the title role in Marvel’s new film and Tilda Swinton is set to play The Ancient One, swapping genders from the comic books.

Doctor Strange will be released on November 4, 2016.
