'Outlander' Fans Get A Sneak Peek At Season 2 at Comic-Con

Outlander stars Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe sit on the panel for their hit Starz TV series at 2015 Comic-Con on Saturday (July 11) in San Diego, Calif.

Series creator Ron Moore and writer Diana Gabaldon were also on hand to discuss the upcoming season.

Ron promised that there will be “new sets, a new show – it’s going to be a whole new Outlander this season.”

Season 2 will cut between 18th Century France and post World War I. Ron also told the crowd the series will return to Scotland halfway through the season.

The show won’t return to Starz until next year but lucky fans got a glimpse at what the show’s next season will entail with an exclusive trailer that was only shown at Comic-Con.
