Irina Shayk heads out of the gym after an early morning workout session on Tuesday (September 1) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 29-year-old model took to her Facebook account that day to share the cover of Interview magazine’s new issue featuring photographer Mert Alas‘ selfie.
