North West & Penelope Disick Hold Hands on Family Road Trip!

Kim Kardashian and her sister Khloe head into George’s at the Cove on Tuesday (September 22) in San Diego, Calif.

The reality stars were joined by their mom Kris Jenner and some of the young kids in the family to celebrate grandma Mary Jo‘s birthday.

Kim tweeted the cutest photo from the road trip down south featuring her daughter North West and Kourtney‘s daughter Penelope Disick holding hands in the back. Mason is also in the pic!
