Scott Disick hops in his car after paying jeweler and friend Brent Polacheck a visit on Monday afternoon (November 16) in Calabasas, Calif.

The 32-year-old reality star kept a low-profile wearing a fitted LA Dodgers cap and a black hoodie for his outing.

Since splitting with Scott earlier this summer, Kourtney Kardashian‘s been hitting the town looking better than ever. According to People, Scott‘s not too keen on what he’s been seeing.

“It drives him crazy that Kourtney has been seen out having a blast, so he’s determined to get her focus back on him,” said a source.
