Lily Aldridge is bundled up in a black hoodie while heading into the gym for a workout on Saturday afternoon (April 9) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 30-year-old model was escorted into the gym by personal trainer Jason Walsh, who is rumored to be dating his other client Hilary Duff.
