Billy Eichner Joins 'Hairspray Live!'

Billy Eichner has joined the cast of Hairspray Live! in a small but exciting role, Entertainment Weekly reports!

The 38-year-old comedian and Billy on the Street game show host will take on the role of news reporter Rob Barker, who covers Tracy Turnblad’s escape from prison.

Harvey Fierstein, Maddie Baillio, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Hudson, Kristin Chenoweth, Martin Short, Derek Hough, Dove Cameron, Garrett Clayton, and many more will star in the live show for NBC. Be sure to tune in on Wednesday (December 7) for the airing.
