Kate Upton & Fiance Justin Verlander Buy Amazing Beverly Hills Home

Kate Upton and her fiance Justin Verlander are moving on up!

The 24-year-old model and 33-year-old MLB pitcher closed on a Beverly Hills, California five bedroom home for $5.475 million.

The house has a tennis court, pool and hot tub, koi ponds, park area, and more, as well as 5,000 square feet of living space! Kate and Justin apparently closed the deal back in October.
