Henry Cavill Shares Videos from His Knee Recovery Workouts

Henry Cavill is currently on the road to recovery after suffering a knee injury and he has been sharing videos on Instagram showing his workouts.

“Rehabbing my knee and training for The Durrell Challenge at the same time. By the end of this I think I might be ready for the first ever deep-sea marathon,” the 33-year-old Man of Steel actor captioned the first video in which he went shirtless in a pool.

The second video showed Henry “jogging on [his] back” while at the gym. “Another compromising video, another day on the Road To Recovery,” he captioned the clip.

The third video showed him showing off his sexy smile while sliding away. “So close to running, just not quite there yet! Baby steps (slides),” he wrote for that caption.
