David Beckham Hosts FIFA World Cup Semifinals Watch Party in Miami

David Beckham steps out for an England vs Croatia World Cup semi-finals match watch party!

The 43-year-old retired soccer player and Futbol Miami hosted the event at The Wharf on Wednesday (July 11) in Miami.

He looked dapper in a pink button-up shirt and grey suit as he snapped some pics with fans and signed a soccer ball.

“Come on boys believe this is our moment,” David shared on Instagram. “Take all that raw experience and talent and take us all the way. The boys have worked hard enough to get to this point now go have fun and bring it home… Come On England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 #twomoregames @england.”

In the end, England ended up losing 2-1 to Croatia.

David is reportedly in town to discuss building a state-of-the-art soccer complex to house his new Miami-based MLS team. He will present plans to the City Commission on Thursday, where politicians will decide whether to send the proposal to a public vote this November.
