Ellie Kemper Thinks 'Office' Reunion Could Still Happen!

Ellie Kemper is optimistic that an Office reunion special is still possible!

While speaking onstage for a Q&A during the 2019 SCAD aTVfest held on Thursday (February 7) in Atlanta, the 38-year-old Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt – who starred as Erin on the NBC comedy – weighed in on the rumors of a reboot.

“I feel like we could convince Steve Carell to do one episode,” Ellie said, before pointing to castmate John Krasinski‘s suggestion of following in the footsteps of the U.K. Office by doing a Christmas special (via EW). “Maybe people could be convinced to do that. I’m not speaking for them, but in my dream, maybe we could do one reunion.”
