Brody Stevens Dead - Comedian Dies in Apparent Suicide at 48

Brody Stevens has sadly passed away.

The 48-year-old comedian reportedly died by suicide on Friday (February 22) in Los Angeles.

According to The Blast, the cause of death is being investigated as a suicide by hanging.

Brody had been open about his battle with depression and recently, had been reportedly spending time with his mother in Palm Springs.

He was known for his work as a stand-up comedian in Los Angeles and regularly performed at clubs around LA, including The Comedy Store.

After hearing of his passing, Patton Oswalt took to his Twitter to say, “If you are depressed or feeling suicidal please please please please please reach out to ANYONE. I never get to see Brody Stevens again I can’t stand this.”
