Lupita Nyong'o Accidentally Terrified A Fan At 'Us' Screening!

Lupita Nyong’o rocks a colorful dress as she strikes a pose outside of the Good Morning America studios ahead of her appearance on Tuesday (March 19) in New York City.

The evening before, the 36-year-old Oscar winner stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to discuss her new film Us, which hits theaters on Friday (March 22).

Lupita revealed that she accidentally terrified a fan at the SXSW premiere of Us: “At one point I went to the bathroom while the movie was going on and another lady came out of the stall to wash her hands and I emerged from my stall,” Lupita recalled. “And she near had a heart attack. I knew it wasn’t because she was starstruck, she was mortified to see me there. She was like, ‘I just didn’t expect to see you there’.”
