Alex Rodriguez is showing off a note sent to him by former President of the United States Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama after getting engaged to Jennifer Lopez!

The 43-year-old former baseball player posted an image of the note on his Instagram on Thursday (March 21).

“Jennifer and Alex, Michelle and I just wanted to congratulate you on your engagement. After 26 years together, we can say that whatever challenges life may bring, sharing them with someone you love makes it all better. All the best, Barack Obama,” the note reads.
