Felicity Huffman Arrives to Court Without Husband William H. Macy

Felicity Huffman holds hands with a man who is presumed to be her lawyer as she enters a courthouse on Wednesday (April 3) in Boston, Mass.

The 56-year-old Desperate Housewives alum is facing charges in the college admissions cheating scandal. Her husband, William H. Macy, was not seen with her as they arrived.

She is facing felony charges of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud. Fellow actress Lori Loughlin, who is also expected in court today, is facing the same charges.

It’s unclear if they will enter pleas today.
