Kevin Spacey Sexual Assault Accuser Drops Civil Lawsuit

The man who accused Kevin Spacey of sexual assault has dropped his civil lawsuit.

The man filed paperwork on Wednesday (July 3) to dismiss the lawsuit accusing the House of Cards actor of “explicit sexual behavior and lewd and lascivious conduct” in Nantucket County, according to Reuters on Friday (July 5).

His lawyer declined to comment on the dismissal. It was also dismissed with prejudice, meaning he cannot refile the case at a later time.

There is still an ongoing criminal case that was filed against Kevin. He has pled not guilty to one count of felony indecent assault and battery at a bar. Click here for information about the charge.
