Billy Porter Will Make TV Directorial Debut With 'Pose' Season 3

Billy Porter will make his TV directorial debut!

The 50-year-old Pose star will direct an episode during season three of the FX series, Variety reports.

It has not yet been revealed which episode he’ll direct or when the episode will begin production.

“I’ve been directing for 20 years in the theater, and I’m directing an episode of season three myself,” Billy told the outlet. “I’m trying to be the head b-tch in charge, hunny!”

Over the weekend at the 2019 Emmy Awards, Billy Porter took home the award for lead actor in a drama for Pose, making him the first openly gay black man to win in the category.

The third season of Pose is set to premiere in June 2020!
