Kesha rocked a Versace look as she headed out in the rainy weather.

“It feels really good to feel good. I went through the s–t, you know? There was a time where it was really dark, and now I really am so happy, and that’s why I want to make happy songs — and as a distraction from the bullshit that’s going on, either in someone’s personal life or in the world. I want to inspire joy,” she recently told Billboard.
