The 47-year-old Cruel Intentions actress and boyfriend Ron Carlson stepped out to pick up a few groceries on Sunday afternoon (March 22) at Bristol Farms in Los Angeles.

Selma and Ron both wore protective masks across their faces as they stepped out in public amid the health crisis.

Selma is considered immunocompromised due to her multiple sclerosis battle, so she has to take extra precautions these days.
