Kate Middleton & Prince William's Lawyers Threaten Legal Action Against Tatler Magazine, Publication Responds

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (aka Prince William and Kate Middleton)’s lawyers are reportedly threatening legal action against Tatler magazine. The magazine wrote a story claiming the Duchess feels “overworked” and Kensington Palace actually issued a statement in response to these claims.

Tatler magazine released a statement to Just Jared, saying, “we have received correspondence from lawyers acting for the Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge and believe it has no merit.”

Apparently, they want the article taken down for “what they say is unfounded criticism of the Duchess’s family, her children and her weight,” the Telegraph reports. The article spoke of the Duchess’ weight as “perilously thin” and said she feels “exhausted and trapped.”
