Katy Perry Reacts To A Rumor That She's Ninth Cousins With Taylor Swift

Katy Perry just heard a wild rumor that she and Taylor Swift might be ninth cousins!

The 35-year-old expectant mom and singer reacted to the rumor during an interview on Capital FM this week, pretty sure that it was nothing more than “fan fic”.

Katy did add though that “we fight like cousins.”

“Wow, I’m going to have to ask her if this is true or if we should, like, get blood tests together or something,” she shared moments later.

Katy and Taylor‘s relationship has endured a few ups and downs over the years, which stemmed from Taylor accusing Katy of trying to sabotage her tour.

The two singers most recently reunited and but their feud to rest two years ago when Katy popped up dressed like a burger in Taylor‘s “You Need To Calm Down” music video.
