Alex Rodriguez Shares Post About 'Clearing Out' His Life as Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck Are Spotted in Miami

Alex Rodriguez is moving on.

In case you missed it, the 45-year-old former baseball player and Jennifer Lopez ended their engagement last month after four years together.

The “Let’s Get Loud” singer was then rumored to be back with her former fiance Ben Affleck after the pair were spotted together several times.

Now it seems Alex is also ready to move forward, sharing a post about entering a “new phase” of his life to his Instagram story on Sunday (May 23), per Page Six.

“I am about to step into a new beginning in my life,” he wrote. “Anything that doesn’t serve me is clearing out of my life. New energy is emerging. New levels are unlocking for me mentally, physically, and spiritually.”

“I am remaining patient and know that this new phase of my life is coming,” he added.

ARod posted the message on the same day it was confirmed that Jennifer and Ben had been spending time together, just a few hours before photos surfaced of the pair in Miami.

A few weeks ago, a source revealed the reason why Jennifer had “cut off” contact with Alex after their breakup.
