Top Gun: Maverick has been shifted to Memorial Day weekend 2022 and Mission: Impossible 7 will now debut on September 30, 2022, Deadline reports.

Top Gun was originally going to be released Thanksgiving weekend 2021, and Mission: Impossible was originally set for Memorial Day weekend 2022.

Miles Teller, who co-stars in Top Gun, posted to Twitter in reaction to the news.
