Simu Liu & Saweetie's 'Saturday Night Live' Promo Teases Tension with This Cast Member - Watch!

Simu Liu is gearing up to host Saturday Night Live with musical guest Saweetie!

On Thursday (November 18), the NBC fox comedy series released the promo for this weekend’s episode, featuring 32-year-old Shang-Chi actor, the 28-year-old rapper, and cast members Kyle Mooney and Cecily Strong.

In the promo, Saweetie appears to have some tension with one of the SNL cast members…

“Hello Kyle,” Saweetie says with some side eye to Kyle, who tensely responds, “Hello Saweetie,” while turning his head away from her.

“Do you two know each other?” Cecily responds.

“We did,” Kyle responds, before adding, “Until she broke off our engagement!”

“OK, is this going to be a problem?” Simu asks Kyle and Saweetie.

“Probably, I don’t know,” Kyle says before storming off stage.
