Ariana DeBose Tells Lin-Manuel Miranda Why She Will Read Every Offer She Gets Following 'West Side Story' Success

Ariana DeBose is likely going to be an Oscar winner by the end of the month, so the offers coming her way will get better and better.

The 31-year-old West Side Story actress is already getting some great offers and she opened up in a new interview with her former Hamilton co-star Lin-Manuel Miranda.

“So I imagine the offers coming your way are pretty infinite and crazy. What’s the compass you’re finding in terms of it? Because a lot of it is saying no to the good, so you can say yes to the best,” Lin said to Ariana during their Vanity Fair chat.

Ariana had a poignant response.

“Right, but it’s also like the best for you,” Ariana said. “Every offer I get, I read. Full stop. I read every single thing. I felt like I had to make a lane for myself. And so now that I have opportunity, I actually do give due diligence to every offer that comes because I’m grateful.”

Ariana has joined the cast of an exciting superhero movie and she also has a couple more exciting projects that she already filmed.
