'Bridgerton' Season Two Sets Opening Weekend Record on Netflix

Bridgerton is still reigning on the Netflix charts!

Season two of the Regency-set series, which sees Jonathan Bailey‘s Anthony Bridgerton and Simone Ashley‘s Kate Sharma as the main romance, easily topped the weekly top 10 list for the March 21-27 shows.

The Hollywood Reporter also revealed that in the three days following its premiere on Friday, the show amassed 193 million hours of viewing time worldwide.

This makes Bridgerton season two the highest for any English-language Netflix series in its first three days. The new season also made the top 10 in 92 of the 93 countries where Netflix keeps track of rankings.

According to Netflix, Bridgerton‘s season two is the second highest opening weekend total of all Netflix series.
