Simone Johnson has chosen her wrestling name!

The 20-year-old daughter of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Dany Garcia, took to social media to share her official WWE name.

Announced on Twitter, Simone will be going by the wrestling name of Ava Raine.

Simone signed her deal with the WWE in 2020, but her debut has been sidelined after having a few injuries which required surgery.

“First of all, what an honor that my daughter wants to follow in my footsteps but more importantly, follow in my footsteps sounds cliché, but she actually wants to create and blaze her own path, which is so important,” Dwayne said of Simone after her deal was signed.

Simone will be WWE’s first fourth-generation wrestler, following great-grandfather “High Chief” Peter Maivia, grandfather “Soulman” Rocky Johnson, and her dad, who was known as The Rock.
