Alec Baldwin Heading to Broadway in First Acting Role Since 'Rust' Shooting (Report)

Alec Baldwin is not retiring from the acting world.

The 64-year-old 30 Rock star will be taking on his first role since the fatal shooting on the set of his movie Rust – and it’ll be on Broadway, according to the New York Post on Tuesday (August 30) in a new report.

The role would be the first since the 2021 shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins during filming of Alec‘s movie in New Mexico, where Alec was holding a gun loaded with live ammunition that went off.
