Anne Heche‘s son Homer Laffoon is clearing the air about his late mother’s estate in the midst of an ongoing legal battle with her former partner James Tupper.

If you missed it, the 20-year-old has been facing off against James, who is the father of Anne‘s second son Atlas, since her tragic death this summer.

He addressed some rumors about his mom’s net worth and the entirety of her estate in newly filed legal documents.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Homer refuted claims that his mom was worth at $2 million as James claimed.

He clarified that her net worth was, as previously reported, approximately $400,000 at the time of her death in August.

Homer said she left behind “modest bank accounts” and a property portfolio of “modest value.” She also made money through royalties and a few other projects.

Earlier this week it was revealed that another former partner filed a claim against Anne‘s estate.
