Chloe and the Chrisleys lived in Atlanta before moving to Tennessee. Angela lives in South Carolina, and says the moves have created “a jurisdictional nightmare” in her custody battle.

If you didn’t know, Angela had Chloe with Todd and Julie‘s son Kyle in 2012. He lost custody in 2016 because of his drug addiction, which led to Angela sharing custody with Todd.

Angela was arrested in 2016 for allegedly filing a false application for Medicaid assistance, leaving Todd with sole custody.

Todd was just sentenced to 12 years in prison for bank fraud and tax evasion, and Julie got 7 years. Find out more about the sentencing and crimes.

Someone else in the Chrisley family recently claimed they’ll be getting custody of Chloe, which is making the situation even more complicated.
