Gerard Butler's Movie 'Plane' Gets Pushed Up By Two Weeks - See the New Release Date!

Gerard Butler‘s latest movie is coming a little sooner than anticipated!

Lionsgate just announced that the release date for the upcoming action-thriller Plane is being pushed up by two weeks.

The film was previously scheduled for January 27, 2023. It will now open on January 13, 2023.

The movie is directed by Jean-François Richet.

Here’s a plot summary, via Deadline: “Plane follows the pilot Brodie Torrance (Butler), who saves his passengers from a lightning strike by making a risky landing on a war-torn island – only to find that surviving the landing was just the beginning. When most of the passengers are taken hostage by dangerous rebels, the only person Torrance can count on for help is Louis Gaspare (Mike Colter), an accused murderer who was being transported by the FBI. In order to rescue the passengers, Torrance will need Gaspare’s help, and will learn there’s more to Gaspare than meets the eye.”
