Former 'NCIS' Star Michael Weatherly Teases Possible DiNozzo & Ziva Reunion

NCIS fans might have something more to look forward to this season on the series – the return of two major stars!

Michael Weatherly, who played Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo on the long running series for 13 seasons, teased that he could return to the series alongside Cote De Pablo, who played Ziva David.

Michael teased that his and Cote‘s characters could return while wishing is fans a Happy New Year on Twitter with a video message.

He captioned his video, “Happy New Year! It’s time to look at time and enjoy the moment!”

After he shared the clip, one fan said that they, and many other fans would “rather look at you and Ziva reuniting.”

In response, Michael teased that their suggestion could happen.

“Stay tuned… for this might be an interesting year for such ‘moments’!” he replied.

Michael left the show after 13 seasons to star in his own CBS series, Bull. Cote, who starred on the show from season 3 until season 11, previously returned for a special storyline in 2020.

Fans can look forward to the franchise’s first three-way crossover which is next week.
