Cote de Pablo Makes Surprise Cameo on 'NCIS' Season Finale, Plus More Is Coming

Fans watching the season 16 finale of the hit CBS series NCIS were in for a treat when fan favorite actress Cote de Pablo returned for a surprise appearance!

Cote‘s character, former NCIS and Mossad agent Ziva David, was long thought to be dead. An episode earlier this season provided the hint that she could be alive and now it has been confirmed

Ziva, who was introduced on the show in season three, will return for the season 17 premiere in the fall. She will be delivering a warning to Mark Harmon‘s character Gibbs.

“This surprise moment is just the beginning,” executive producers Frank Cardea and Steven D. Binder said in a statement. “We are thrilled to share that Cote de Pablo will guest star in the NCIS Season 17 premiere this fall as Ziva’s warning to Gibbs unfolds.”
