Lisa Marie Presley's Ex-Husband Michael Lockwood Speaks Out After Her Death
Lisa Marie Presley‘s ex-husband Michael Lockwood is speaking out after her sudden death.
The iconic singer-songwriter, who was the only child of the legendary entertainer Elvis Presley, married the 61-year-old guitarist in 2006 before splitting up in 2016. Their divorce was finalized in 2021.
The pair share 14-year-old twin daughters Harper and Finley.
Several hours after Lisa Marie passed away after suffering cardiac arrest on Thursday (January 12), Michael released a statement saying that is currently focusing on their daughters.

“Michael had been hoping for a speedy and complete recovery because her children needed her. It is very sad it didn’t turn out that way,” Michael’s attorney Joe Yanny shared in a statement with ET Canada. “Michael’s world has been turned on its ear. He is with both of his daughters now.”
He also added that Michael‘s prayers are with Lisa Marie‘s mom Priscilla Presley and the rest of the Presley family.
Along with Harper and Finley, Lisa Marie had two other children – Riley Keough and the late Benjamin Keough, who died in 2020.
