In the death certificate, obtained by TMZ, it is noted that Lance passed away from Ischemic Heart Disease as well as Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease. The American Heart Association notes that “Ischemia is a condition in which blood flow (and thus oxygen) is restricted or reduced in a part of the body. Cardiac ischemia is decreased blood flow and oxygen to the heart muscle.” The disease is caused by “narrowed heart arteries.” The association notes that “atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease involves plaque buildup in arterial walls.”

His death certificate also notes that he was to be cremated.

The cast of John Wick 4 paid tribute to Lance at the film’s premiere just a few days after his passing.
