Reese Witherspoon & Jim Toth Are Officially Divorced After Submitting Final Paperwork in Tennessee

Reese Witherspoon is officially divorced from Jim Toth.

According to a report from The Blast, the former couple have signed and filed all the necessary paperwork in Tennessee and were declared legally single by the state.

The outlet revealed that Reese and Jim filed their divorce documents in Davidson County, and there, it’s required for couples who have children together to take a parenting course that is submitted to the court for their separation for protection of the child.

Reese and Jim, however, have already submitted a “permanent parenting plan” as they co-parent their son, Tennessee.

The couple also had a pre-nuptial agreement in place, which covered “adequate and sufficient provisions” for their assets and debts.

Specific details about the split are not yet public.

Reese and Jim announced they were separating in March, just a few days before their 12th wedding anniversary.
