Kim Zolciak Issues Statement About the Status of Relationship With Kroy Bierrman After Second Divorce Filing

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are living together again, this time as “husband and wife.”

Even though Kroy filed a second divorce filing at the end of August, the 45-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum explained that the two are still working on their relationship.

“I’m living here not going anywhere!” Kim said on her Instagram Story while showing off her shoe closet at their home in Georgia.

“Been working on our marriage and have been living together as husband and wife. The lies daily are too much.”

Her estranged husband filed for divorce a second time, calling their marriage “irretrievably broken,” weeks before. They first filed to legally dissolve their 12-year marriage back in May before briefly deciding to reconcile in July.

“At this time, he is still moving forward with the divorce action,” Kroy‘s attorney Marlys A. Bergstrom said of the second filing at the time.

Kroy Biermann was requesting to sell the $3 million mansion he shares with his estranged wife Kim Zolciak as of early September.
