Spencer Pratt Says He Doesn't Want Wife Heidi Montag On 'Real Housewives' For This Reason

Spencer Pratt is opening about about the possibility of his wife Heidi Montag joining a Real Housewives show.

The 40-year-old reality TV star shares his thoughts on why he doesn’t want her to be a housewife, which would also entail him joining the franchise as well.

In a new interview, Spencer revealed why he personally doesn’t want them to be on a Real Housewives show and it has to do with their past experience being on reality shows.

Check out what he said inside…

“Personally, I don’t want to be on any Housewives franchise,” he told E! News. “I would like our own television show. I don’t like sharing, I don’t like casts. What I’ve learned from trying to do The Hills reboot is you end up relying on a bunch of image-crafting self- saboteurs. And, you know, end of the day, it technically is a team sport—and we learned there’s not very many good teams to be on.”

Heidi expressed that she thinks she would make a great housewife, and could easily go to Orange County or Beverly Hills. However, if they were to join, perhaps they could start a new Housewives show in Kansas City.

“So I was just thinking, since Taylor Swift is making Kansas City so famous right now, we can move to Kansas City, live down the street from Travis Kelce and do a Real Housewives of Kansas City. And maybe Taylor could appear once they get married—if they were to. I mean, that’d be my pitch,” he quipped.

But, if they had to join an existing show, Spencer adds, “We’d have to go to Salt Lake City. I feel like they’re the only ones right now that people are talking about. But you know, The Heidi and Spencer Show is where I’m putting my energy.”

Just recently, Real Housewives executive producer Andy Cohen shared his own new comments about Heidi joining one of the shows.
