Paris Hilton responded to the TikTok in the comments.

“🥺😢There are some sick people in this world.☹️My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain,” she wrote in the comments.

“My precious angel baby Phoenix‘s first time in NYC. ✨👱🏼‍♀️👶🏼🗽✨,” she captioned shots of her and the infant last week, which spurred on the inquisitive comments.

Paris quietly welcomed her first child with Carter Reum in January 2023 via surrogate. The pair got married in late 2021, and kept the news of their baby boy to themselves for over a week.

She opened up about motherhood earlier this year.
