Suzanne Somers' Official Cause of Death Revealed; Death Certificate Provides New Details About Her Passing

Suzanne Somers tragically died just one day before her 77th birthday earlier this month and now her official cause of death has been released.

The Three’s Company actress went through a public 50-year battle with cancer, but now we know more about what happened at the end of the battle.

The Blast reports that the death certificate lists the cause of death as “breast cancer with metastasis to the brain.” The certificate also lists underlying conditions such as hypertension and hydrocephalus, which contributed to her death.

Suzanne was battling hydrocephalus for more than a year and was given a VP shunt in July 2022 to treat the condition, which is when there’s a “buildup of fluid in cavities called ventricles deep within the brain.”
