Meryl Streep Has the Most Nominations in Golden Globes History!

Meryl Streep earned her 34th Golden Globe nomination this morning for her work in Big Little Lies…and she keeps making history.

In the 77-year history of the Golden Globes, no one has more total nominations than Meryl. She has 34 nominations to her name, as well as a Cecile B. DeMille lifetime achievement award from 2017.

She has won eight of those nominations (for 2012′s The Iron Lady, 2010′s Julie & Julia, 2007′s The Devil Wears Prada, 2004′s Angels in America, 2003′s Adaptation, 1983′s Sophie’s Choice, 1982′s The French Lieutenant’s Woman, and 1980′s Kramer vs Kramer.)
