Allen Weisselberg is pleading guilty.
The longtime chief financial officer for the Trump Organization entered the guilty plea to 15 charges related to tax fraud and evasion on Thursday (August 18), via Deadline.
The plea requires that he testify against the Trump Organization at an upcoming trial.
He now faces a five month jail sentence on Rikers Island and five years probation, and a fee of nearly $2 million in taxes, penalty and interest.

Lead producers Barry and Fran Weissler announced that the Tony Award-winning Broadway production will return on Thursday, October 27 at the Schoenfeld Theatre.
The show will return with Tony Award Nominee Jesse Williams and Tony Award Winner Jesse Tyler Ferguson. The rest of the cast will be announced at a later date.
The show first opened in spring of 2022, earning four Tony Award nominations, and winning Best Revival of a Play and Best Featured Actor in a Play for Jesse Tyler Ferguson.

The show is an anthology series exploring a twisted, high-tech multiverse where humanity’s greatest innovations and darkest instincts collide.
The sixth season recently entered production, and is the first from writer Charlie Brooker‘s new Netflix-backed production venture Broke & Bones, which he runs with Black Mirror exec Annabel Jones.
