Jennifer was honored for her work with The Lopez Family Foundation while Viola received her honor for working with Hunger Is and Jane for the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power & Potential.

Reese Witherspoon looks gorgeous while attending the 2014 Variety Power of Women presented by Lifetime on Friday afternoon (October 10) at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons in Los Angeles.

The 38-year-old actress was an honoree at the event for her work with the Malala Fund. The event just so happened to take place on the day it was announced Malala Yousafzai will be receiving the Nobel Peace Prize.
