The nominations for the 2015 BAFTAs have been announced and awards season really is getting into full swing!

The Grand Budapest Hotel is going full steam ahead this year with eleven nominations, leading all other films. It will be competing for Best Film with The Theory of Everything, The Imitation Game, Birdman, and Boyhood.

Earlier in the week, the nominees for BAFTA’s EE Rising Star Award were announced, honoring some of the best up-and-coming talent in the business.

The awards will be handed out this year on Sunday, February 8. We will be posting all the coverage of the show so make sure to check back that afternoon for all the red carpet and awards scoop.

Jack O’Connell looks handsome while attending the EE Rising Star award nominations during a photocall at BAFTA on Wednesday afternoon (January 7) in London, England.

The 24-year-old actor is nominated for the award for his work in the inspiring film Unbroken.

The other nominees include Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Miles Teller, Shailene Woodley, and Margot Robbie.

The British Academy Film & Television Awards take place on Sunday, February 8.
