Just a few months after Maddox Jolie-Pitt, 18, opened up about his relationship with his dad Brad Pitt, Brad was asked a public question about Maddox.

Backstage at the 2020 Oscars, after Brad‘s win for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, he was asked about Quentin Tarantino‘s quote that said Maddox gave the film one of the best reviews he heard.

“So, what’s his review of Once Upon A Time In Hollywood?” the reporter asked.

Brad responded, “I just keep that indoors,”

He also added about his kids, “I want them to follow their bliss. You know, follow their passions, whatever they’re most interested in. And then I think it’s about guiding as you can. But that they get to try everything on and find out where their passion lies. So, sure. Why not?”

Here’s the reason why Brad previously did not speak about his kids much during awards season.

Maya Rudolph and Beyonce are basically best friends.

While walking the red carpet at the 2020 Academy Awards, the 47-year-old Bridesmaids actress talked about her outfit – and revealed that her emerald and diamond Lorraine Schwartz earrings were once worn by the 38-year-old entertainer.

“I just found out Beyoncé wore them once and I like that…we like to share things,” Maya said during ABC’s Oscars Pre-Show via People.

Beyonce wore the earrings just a few months ago at Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ 50th birthday party.

Bong Joon-ho continues to make history at the 2020 Academy Awards!

The Korean director took home the award for Best Director at the event at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

This is Bong‘s third award after also winning Best Original Screenplay and Best International Feature Film. If the film also wins Best Picture, he’ll take home all four awards he was nominated for this evening!

Parasite is the first movie from South Korea to win in these categories at the Oscars.

The other nominees for Best Director were The Irishman‘s Martin Scorsese, Joker‘s Todd Phillips, 1917‘s Sam Mendes, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood‘s Quentin Tarantino.

During his acceptance speech, Bong paid tribute to his fellow nominees, specifically singling out Scorsese and Tarantino for inspiring him while he was coming up in the industry.

Brie Larson and Gal Gadot sandwich in Sigourney Weaver on stage while presenting an award at the 2020 Academy Awards on Sunday (February 9) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

Gal and Brie took a moment before announcing the winners for Best Original Score and Best Original Song to honor Sigourney for paving the way for female superheroes on screen.

“We are so grateful for you and it’s such an honor to be standing here next to you,” Gal, who plays Wonder Woman on the big screen, shared.

Sigourney jokingly added, “The three of us make a powerful combination and we decided backstage that we’re gonna start a fight club.”

Cynthia Erivo completely blew everyone away with her performance at the 2020 Academy Awards!

The 33-year-old Harriet actress took to the stage to perform “Stand Up,” which she wrote and is also nominated for Best Original Song.

Celebrities took to Twitter to express their praise for Cynthia‘s incredible performance, which was definitely a highlight of the entire show.

“That’s right a standing ovation for my girl @CynthiaEriVo 🙌🏻 what an EPIC performance!!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻✨✨✨,” Lea Michele wrote on her Twitter.

Ben Platt added, “SING YOUR FACE @CynthiaEriVo”

Elton John is putting on a show!

The 72-year-old entertainer performed “(I’m Gonna) Love Me Again” from Rocketman at the 2020 Academy Awards on Sunday (February 9) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

The song already won Best Original Song at the 2020 Golden Globe Awards, as well as at the Critics’ Choice Awards and the Satellite Awards – and by the end of the night, it won for Best Original Song, presented by Gal Gadot, Sigourney Weaver and Brie Larson.

Parasite takes home the award for Best International Feature Film at the 2020 Academy Awards!

The Korean film also won for Best Original Screenplay at the event held on Sunday (February 9) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

Director/writer Bong Joon-ho and writer Han Jin-won took the stage to accept the honor, marking South Korea’s first Oscar.

“Writing a script is always such a lonely process,” Bong said. “We never write to represent our country. But this is very personal. I thank all the actors who are here with me today for bringing this film to life.”
