300: Rise of an Empire took the top spot at the box office this weekend, bringing in $45.1 million domestically, according to Variety.
The film, which stars Sullivan Stapleton, Eva Green, and Lena Headey, nabbed the number one spot after fellow opening weekend competitor Mr. Peabody & Sherman put up an impressive fight, ultimately taking in $32.5 million for the number two spot.
Liam Neeson‘s thriller Non-Stop, which won the top spot last week, came in at number three with $15.3 million earned.
Rounding out the top five were The Lego Movie and Son of God, which both brought in $11 and $10 million, respectively.
Also banking an impressive $200,000 from just four locations in New York and Los Angeles was Wes Anderson‘s The Grand Budapest Hotel.
