Chesapeake Shores has reached its end with the final episode of the series airing tonight on Hallmark Channel.

The O’Briens will reunite just one more time for a very special occasion in the series finale – Mick and Megan’s wedding!

Here’s the official summary: Sarah and Kevin’s baby arrives, kicking off a week
of celebration. Mick and Megan prepare for their wedding, broken relationships are mended, and new surprises abound in the finale.

Ahead of the episode airing, many stars of the show are paying tribute to the series and fans as they say goodbye.

Chesapeake Shores is back for its final season tonight!

For the past six seasons, the show has centered on the O’Brien family just as Abby comes home with her two daughters, following a divorce.

Here’s a summary of the first episode of the new season: The O’Brien family comes together in the aftermath of Connor’s heart attack; Jess and David deal with media fallout after Dennis Peck goes on the run; and everyone finally discovers who Abby called.
