Brendan Penny is looking back on one of the biggest roles on Hallmark Channel – Chesapeake Shores‘ Kevin O’Brien.

Chesapeake Shores has reached its end with the final episode of the series airing tonight on Hallmark Channel.

The O’Briens will reunite just one more time for a very special occasion in the series finale – Mick and Megan’s wedding!

Here’s the official summary: Sarah and Kevin’s baby arrives, kicking off a week
of celebration. Mick and Megan prepare for their wedding, broken relationships are mended, and new surprises abound in the finale.

We’re getting closer and closer to the end of Chesapeake Shores, and in the latest episode, Brendan Penny‘s Kevin O’Brien might be making a huge life decision.

Here’s a quick summary for the upcoming episode, which airs TONIGHT, Sunday, October 2, on Hallmark Channel:

Kevin makes a confession to his pregnant wife, Sarah – he wants to go back to medical school!

Meanwhile, after taking a DNA test, Evan is surprised to see a possible location for his long-lost father and extended family, and a Hollywood actress comes to town to offer Bree a movie deal for her book.

Meghan Ory, Robert Buckley, Treat Williams, Barbara Niven, Laci J. Mailey, Andrew Francis and Emilie Ullerup also star in the show.

Chesapeake Shores isn’t shying away from highlighting Mick’s (Treat Williams) pill addiction problem.

In the brand new episode of the Hallmark Channel series, titled “That’s All There is to That”, the O’Brien family are starting to see the effects of Mick’s addition and start to plan an intervention after he falls asleep at the wheel.

Meanwhile, Sarah (Jessica Sipos) discovers that she and Kevin (Brendan Penny) are once again pregnant, and Connor (Andrew Francis) and Margaret’s (Mariesa Crouse) law firm struggles to make ends meet.

Gregory Harrison returns as Thomas O’Brien, with Meghan Ory, Robert Buckley, Emilie Ullerup, Laci J. Mailey and Barbara Niven also starring.

Chesapeake Shores airs tonight, Sunday, September 4 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Hallmark Channel.

Here’s what’s happening in the episode tonight: New couple Abby (Meghan Ory) and Evan (Robert Buckley) are stepping up on their fun date nights, and participate in a scavenger hunt; while Connor (Andrew Francis) breaks out of the O’Brien house to return to his own apartment.

Meanwhile, Bree (Emilie Ullerup) helps Luke (Stephen Huszar) with his night terrors; and Mick (Treat Williams) battles addiction after he’s prescribed pain killers to deal with his plane crash injury.

Chesapeake Shores will premiere at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Hallmark Channel, just ahead of the debut of Unthinkably Good Things.

Evan has quite the reaction to Abby’s second date suggestion in this sneak peek from an all-new episode of Chesapeake Shores.

In tonight’s episode, after turning to her sisters, Bree (Emilie Ullerup) and Jess (Laci J. Mailey), for some suggestions, Abby (Meghan Ory) goes all out to plan the perfect second date for her and Evan (Robert Buckley).

Meanwhile, David’s (Carlo Marks) family makes a surprise visit to the B&B, and Megan (Barbara Niven) must consider whether to take the job offer at the Getty or help Connor (Andrew Francis) recover.
