Angie Miller and Candice Glover speak on stage together while attending the 2013 Women In Film’s Crystal + Lucy Awards held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Wednesday (June 12) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Candice, 23, won the twelfth season of American Idol last month while Angie came in third. They will be heading out on tour starting July 19!

The American Idol finalists were joined for the fun-filled weekend by fellow top five girls contestants Amber Holcomb and Janelle Arthur!

The ladies were down at Disney to perform at the American Idol Experience attraction at Hollywood Studios, but of course took time to enjoy all the rides. Candice Glover will be at the attraction on Monday (May 27)!

Candice Glover takes in the extreme sights atop the 86th floor Observatory at the Empire State Building in her first trip to New York City on Tuesday (May 21).

The 23-year-old winner of American Idol chatted exclusively with JustJared.com about her upcoming album, the AI tour, and more:

On her visit to the Empire State Building: “I’ve never been to New York before, so I’m looking at all of this beauty and this is freaking crazy!”

On what she’s most looking forward to on tour: “I’m looking forward to singing with my friends. Just singing for the fans and not worrying about an elimination round.”

On her favorite song off the album: “My favorite song on the album is the single, ‘I Am Beautiful.’ It’s definitely the one that I chose to put out there after the show because there’s such a positive message.”

On which Idol contestants she’s been in touch with since her win: “Kree‘s here! Angie just got here last night, I saw her in passing in an elevator. The three of us have definitely been in touch, and I’ve also been in touch with Burnell. Everybody can’t wait to get to rehearsals!”

Candice Glover exits the studio after appearing on Live! with Kelly & Michael on Monday morning (May 20) in New York City.

The 23-year-old American Idol winner was joined on the show that morning by Epic‘s Colin Farrell and Mad Men‘s Elisabeth Moss.

“My day today: Kelly&Michael, TVLine, TVGuide, People Magazine, Tom Joyner, ABC Radio, Fox News, Fox Radio, Newsday. #crazy,” Candice tweeted that morning. So busy!!

The ladies, who came in first and second place respectively on the twelfth season of American Idol, are in the Big Apple to do some promo work following the show’s finale last week.
